Who it’s for

Appointmentist reads your practice calendar and reminds you when a patient is due a check-in or return visit. Patient details are encrypted before storage.

Appointmentist reads your lesson calendar and reminds you when a recap for parents or a trial-lesson check-in is due, on Telegram or on your phone.

Appointmentist reads your booking calendar and reminds you when a regular is due to rebook. Text them your booking link and stamp their loyalty card.

Appointmentist reads your interview calendar and reminds you when a candidate is owed an answer. AI can draft the email, and you press send.

The appointments are already there, so people, visits and follow-ups come from them. Anything you’d have to type twice is our problem to fix.
