Online booking that checks your calendar

Give clients one link to book from. They choose what they need and a time that suits them, and the page only offers times that are really free, because it checks your calendars, your time off and the bookings you already have.

At the salon: rebooked without a phone call

Studio Lumi shares its booking link everywhere clients find it, and in every rebooking text. When Mara K. opens it, the page already knows the salon’s working hours, its time off and the appointments on its calendar, so it only offers times that are really free. She picks a color & cut for Thursday at 10:30 and gets a confirmation with a private link to cancel if her plans change.

What you get

  • Your own booking page, at a link you can share anywhere
  • Clients choose one or more services, a time and, if you allow it, who they see
  • Only times that are free on your connected calendars, and never a double booking
  • Confirm bookings straight away, or approve each one first
  • A confirmation for the client, with a private link to view or cancel

Only the times you’re really free

Set your working hours, the shortest notice you’ll accept and how far ahead clients can book. The page then leaves out every time that’s already taken: appointments on the calendars you connect, other bookings and your time off. Two clients can never take the same slot, even if they book at the same moment.

Bookings on your terms

Take bookings straight away, or review each request before it’s confirmed. Add your own questions to the booking form and choose how close to the appointment clients can still cancel. If you work as a team, you can let clients pick who they see, or leave it to whoever is free.

Every booking joins the rest of your work

A new booking shows up with your other appointments, and it’s added to your calendar too if you’ve turned on calendar writing. When a client books their next visit, the reminder you had planned for them closes by itself, so you don’t chase someone who has already booked.

How to set it up

  1. In your workspace, open “Booking” and press “Create booking page”. Choose the “Page address” you’ll share.

  2. Choose which services clients can book, and set each person’s “Working hours” under “Members”.

  3. Under “When someone books”, pick “Confirm immediately” or “Ask me first”.

  4. Press “Publish”, then “Copy link” and share it.

Online booking: common questions

Can the page double-book me?

No. It only offers times that are free on the calendars you connect, and two clients can never take the same slot, even if they book at the same moment.

Do my clients need an account?

No. They book with their name and a way to reach them, plus any questions you add to the form.

Can clients cancel or change a booking?

They can cancel from the private link in their confirmation, up to the cutoff you set. To change the time, they cancel and book again.

Which plans include online booking?

Online booking comes with paid plans, along with loyalty cards. AI drafts need a paid plan too, and some include a managed AI key.
