Approve or dismiss follow-ups with a swipe
A productive week can produce a pile of follow-up suggestions. Triage turns clearing that pile into a minute of swipes instead of a form-filling session.
A tutor clears the week’s pile
On Friday afternoon, a tutor opens her suggestions: twelve follow-ups from the week’s lessons are waiting. The recap for Max’s parents after today’s algebra lesson goes right, due at 17:00. A makeup lesson that needs no recap goes left. A trial lesson’s check-in goes up, to Monday morning. Two minutes later the pile is gone, and everything she kept is on her Agenda.

Built for the backlog
Each suggestion appears as a card: the appointment it came from, the proposed follow-up and when it would be due. Swipe right and it’s scheduled, left and it’s gone, up to pick a better time first, or down to skip it for now. And when a fresh calendar connection suggests a hundred at once, “Approve all” and “Dismiss all” clear the lot.
Swipes, taps or arrow keys
On a phone, swipe. On a computer, the arrow keys do the same, and every direction also has a named button under the card, so nothing depends on a gesture. Changed your mind? “Undo” brings the last card back.
How to set it up
Open “Suggestions” and go to “Review suggestions”.
With five or more waiting, tap “Clearing a big batch?” to swipe through them in triage.
Swipe each card, or use the buttons under it: “Dismiss”, “Later”, “Skip” or “Approve”.
For a batch you already trust, use “Approve all” or “Dismiss all”.

What does each swipe do?
Right schedules the follow-up, left dismisses it, up lets you pick a new time before approving, and down skips it so you can decide later. The buttons under the card do the same, if you’d rather tap.
Can I undo a triage decision?
Yes. “Undo” takes back your last swipe, and anything you scheduled can still be moved or marked done from your Agenda.
Can I triage on my phone?
Yes. Triage works in your phone’s browser, from Appointmentist on your Home Screen, and inside Telegram from the bot’s menu button.
What happens to a suggestion I skip?
It goes to the back of the pile and waits. Nothing is scheduled or dismissed until you decide.
