See what’s due and reschedule follow-ups

Approving a follow-up is the easy half; your Agenda makes sure it actually happens. Everything you owe sits in one place with today first, and when now isn’t the moment, one button takes it off today’s list.

A therapist’s full afternoon

Two weeks after Olena M.’s fourth session, her check-in call comes due in the middle of a full afternoon. Her therapist presses “Show this later” and picks “I would like to see this some time later”, and the call leaves today’s list until tomorrow. The next morning she makes the call, then marks it done.

What you get

  • An Agenda of today’s, upcoming and overdue follow-ups
  • “Show this later”: off today’s list for now, or moved to a new time
  • “Mark as done” when it’s handled, so your list matches reality
  • Create follow-ups by hand, or turn any calendar event into one

Not now, but not forgotten

When a follow-up comes up at a bad moment, press “Show this later”. Choose to see it some time later and it leaves today’s list, coming back the next day, then after a few days, a week or a month if you keep putting it off. Or pick a new time, and the reminder itself moves there. When it’s handled, mark it done.

Everything due, in one Agenda

Your Agenda opens on today: the follow-ups that are due, next to your appointments. Scroll down for what’s coming and up for what’s past. Suggestions you haven’t accepted yet say so, and are never marked overdue.

How to set it up

  1. Open your Agenda: what’s due today comes first.

  2. On a follow-up that has to wait, press “Show this later”.

  3. Choose “I would like to see this some time later”, or “I would like to pick a time for this follow-up” and set the time.

  4. When it’s handled, choose “Mark as done”.

Scheduling, “Show this later” and marking done come with every plan. Paid plans raise how many follow-ups can be active at once.Compare plans

Agenda & rescheduling: common questions

What happens when a follow-up is due?

A reminder reaches you on Telegram or as a browser notification, wherever you’ve turned them on, and the follow-up waits on your Agenda: follow up, show it later or mark it done.

Can I create follow-ups without a calendar event?

Yes. Create a follow-up by hand, or open any appointment and choose “Remind me about this”.

What’s the difference between the two “Show this later” choices?

Seeing it later only takes the follow-up off today’s list; its reminder stays as it was. Picking a time moves the reminder itself to the moment you choose.

What if I keep putting it off?

It keeps coming back, with longer gaps each time: the next day, then after a few days, a week and a month.

Can I move several follow-ups at once?

Yes. Select them and choose “Reschedule” to give them one shared time. Suggestions stay suggestions; moving them doesn’t approve them.
