A tutor between lessons
A tutor never has her laptop open between lessons, but Telegram is always on her phone. At 17:00 a reminder arrives: the recap for Max’s parents is due, after his algebra lesson at 15:00. She taps “Open in app”, has AI draft a message and sends it from her phone. Back in Telegram, one more tap marks it done.

Reminders where you already are
Each reminder says what’s due and, if you choose, who it’s for and when the appointment was. Tap “Open in app” and a small screen opens inside Telegram: call or text from your phone, let AI write the words, and mark it done when it’s handled. The bot’s menu button opens your suggestions for a quick swipe through, already signed in.
How to set it up
In your workspace, open “Notifications” and choose Telegram.
Press “Connect Telegram”. Telegram opens our bot: press “Start” once.
Come back to the app: this workspace now has its own topic in that chat.
Press “Send test” under “Send yourself a test” to see exactly how a reminder arrives.

Telegram reminders: common questions
Who does the bot talk to?
Only you. Reminders arrive in your private chat with the bot, and a client hears from you only when you send them something yourself.
Do I need Telegram to use Appointmentist?
No. Browser notifications work on their own, and the web app is fully usable without Telegram.
Can I get reminders for more than one workspace?
Yes. Each workspace gets its own topic in your chat with the bot, and every notice carries a tag, #followup, #booking or #workspace, so you can tell them apart at a glance.
How much does a reminder say?
You choose: only that something is due, the appointment and due times, or everything, including who it’s about and how to reach them.
