This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Appointmentist ("Appointmentist", the "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). It forms an essential part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference. Please read it carefully before paying.
1. Who we are
This Refund Policy is offered by Individual Entrepreneur Dmytro Andriyovych Nelipa, ITIN 3718211418, Kyiv, Ukraine ("Provider", "we"). Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout: monobank (JSC "Universal Bank"), or Paddle as merchant of record. When you buy through Paddle, Paddle sells you the subscription and pays out any refund, and Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to that purchase; this Policy never takes away a right they give you. Send any refund request or question to [email protected].
2. General provisions
- Except as required by law or as described in this Policy, all Transactions are final and non-refundable.
- Beyond the refunds described in Section 3 and the statutory rights described in Section 5, any refund is at our discretion (including partial refunds).
- Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund process, or other manipulative behavior.
- This Policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding the product in the event of non-conformity with advertised specifications or the presence of significant defects that render the product unfit for its intended use.
- No refund may be issued after the expiration of the applicable statutory or reasonable period described below, except as otherwise agreed on a case-by-case basis.
- If you receive a refund under this Policy, the refunded plan ends and your workspace moves to the Free plan, as described in Section 4.
3. Our standard refund terms
These are the terms that apply to every Transaction unless a regional statutory right in Section 5 gives you a stronger right.
- Free plan. No charges are applied, and no refunds are available.
- Refund window. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of a charge. Every charge, including each renewal, opens its own window.
- Plans. If you request a refund for a plan within the window, we refund that plan's charge for the current billing period in full. The basis is the amount actually paid (after any discounts), not the list price. Add-ons that depend on the refunded plan end with it and are refunded on the same terms, except that AI services follow the next point.
- AI services. Add-ons that provide AI credits ("AI services") do not carry the full refund above. They are refunded in full only if you have not used any of their credits, or if the purchase was a mistake and you used no more than 10 credits; our team reviews the explanation you give. Otherwise, we refund the unused part: any whole months left in the billing period, plus the unused share of the current month's credits.
- No refund is issued if: the 14-day window has passed; nothing was paid (for example, a free trial, or a promo code or compensation that covered the whole price); or the charge has already been refunded.
- Method and timeline. Refunds go back to the same payment method used for the original charge, and typically take up to 14 banking days to arrive, depending on your bank. For a purchase through Paddle, Paddle pays out the refund and may review it first; if Paddle cannot process it, we tell you in the Service and follow up with you. Each refund comes with a refund document (a Paddle credit note, or our own refund invoice) in the billing section of the Service.
4. Effect of a refund
When a refund is issued, paid access ends immediately and your workspace moves to the Free plan. For a purchase through Paddle, this happens when we submit the refund to Paddle. Your account, your data and your connected calendars stay, and reminders keep working within the Free plan's limits. What changes:
- Rules that create follow-ups beyond the Free plan's limit are switched off; your highest-priority rules stay on.
- Open follow-ups beyond the Free plan's limit are cancelled; the ones due soonest stay.
- Any remaining AI credits are removed, and features the Free plan does not include stop working, such as using your own AI key, continuous calendar sync, texting clients through our built-in SMS, and adding file attachments.
- Your booking page goes offline, but you can still see and act on the bookings you already have. Membership cards you already issued keep working; you cannot issue new ones.
The Free plan's current limits are shown on our pricing page. A refund does not affect any right you have to receive a copy of your data under our Privacy Policy.
5. Regional provisions and statutory withdrawal rights
Where consumer-protection law provides for an unconditional right to a refund, that right applies and takes precedence over this Policy. Where regional differences apply, we apply the standard required by the law of the country relevant to you.
5.1 European Union / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom
- Consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for certain digital products and service contracts and are entitled to a full refund. The right to a refund applies to individual purchases and the first payment for a Subscription. It does not apply to subsequent payments for a Subscription, except for the United Kingdom annual renewals described in the next point. If a Subscription includes a free trial period, once that trial ends you have another 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal.
- If you made a Transaction in the United Kingdom and have an annual Subscription, you are granted a new 14-day withdrawal period beginning on the date your Subscription is automatically renewed for another year.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that have already begun to be downloaded, streamed, or otherwise used, unless you have expressly waived your right of withdrawal.
- To exercise this right, you must submit a return request within 14 days of the Transaction date.
5.2 Turkey / Israel
- Consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for certain digital products and service contracts and are entitled to a full refund.
- To exercise this right, you must submit a return request within 14 days of the Transaction date.
5.3 South Korea / Brazil / China
- Consumers have a 7-day unconditional right to cancel contracts for digital products or services after delivery and receive a full refund.
- To exercise this right, you must submit a return request within 7 days of the Transaction date.
5.4 Canada

5.5 Singapore

- To exercise this right, you must submit a return request within 5 days of the Transaction date.
6. How to request a refund
Use Request refund in the billing section of the Service (Workspace → Billing), or email [email protected]. By email, please include the account email, the plan and billing period the charge relates to, and the date of the charge. A person on our team reviews every request; nothing is charged back automatically. We tell you the outcome in the Service or by return email, and you can withdraw a request while it waits for review.
